Service Agreement! CALL FOR PRICING! NOTE: Effective August 1, 2008 we are rebuilding and re-evaluating our packaged services. Exciting changes will be announced in the near future. The monthly fee covers the following all necessary labor to maintain, upgrade and manage your computer systems. The customer's only additional expenses are JK Technologies will - Perform all administration tasks (User names, email changes, etc)
- Provide free consultation/diagnosis of all IT problems
- Provide free unlimited phone support
- Free support of vendor hardware warranties
- Clean and remove all viruses and spyware
- Maintain and update your antivirus software.
- Maintain and update your antispyware software.
- Repair all operating system issues
- Repair all hardware problems at no additional charge.
- Replace computers as necessary
- Monitor backups
Basic Terms: - One year agreement
- Fees are billed one month in advance
- JK Technologies complies with all End User License Agreements
- Terms, prices and availability are subject to change without notice
- No additional labor charges
- Customer will incur additional charges for new hardware, software and any shipping charges. These items may be purchased through JK Tech
