$69 per month per Server NOTE: Effective August 1, 2008 we are rebuilding and re-evaluating our packaged services. Exciting changes will be announced in the near future. The monthly fee covers the following services for business with at least 3 PCs. We perform the preventative maintenance that modern PC's require to be reliable and secure. Review Microsoft's security essentials website is HERE Remember, Microsoft releases new security patches on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. These services are provided at an affordable and predictable low rate. Additional work is discounted. Customers with our maintenance plan have very few problems with their PCs Call for a reference. JK Technologies will - Free basic Administration tasks (User names, email changes, etc)
- Free consultation/diagnosis of all IT problems
- Free unlimited phone support (up to 10 minutes per call)
- Free support of vendor hardware warranties
- Inspect each PC or Server at least bi-monthly
- Clean and remove all viruses and spyware
- Maintain and update your antivirus software.
- Maintain and update your antispyware software.
- Perform basic maintenance on the Operating System
- Check the system logs for potential hardware problems
- Centralized management of all free Microsoft patches
- $25 discount per hour (off of our full rate) on all additional services
Basic Terms: - All other services are billable at the discounted hourly rate
- Installation time for software is billable.
- "Free Software" may or may not be available for your business.
