However, JK Technologies is vendor neutral.  We are a consultant firm and we know and utilize a wide variety of systems. Our main server is a Microsoft Small Business Server.  Our ticketing system runs on Linux.  We have a Mac for picture and video editing and general Internet usage.  We use Windows XP and Vista Business workstations/notebooks for production and accounting work.  We use Cisco routers to protect our business.

Wayne Hedrick is a Microsoft Small Business Specialist and was one of the first people to be certified as a Microsoft specialist in 1994.  Robert Knapp has passed multiple Cisco and Unix certifications.  Peter Forman has over 10 years as a military network administrator.  Peter is also an expert at document publication and has published printed documents for worldwide distribution.
